Alex Syberia Designs "Christmas In July" Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Hello friends!

I'm so happy to be celebrating with you today the new collection from Alex Syberia Designs: Christmas in July.

There are so many amazing products in this release, but the one that caught my eye from the first moment is the Festive Poinsettia

I decided to silver heat emboss this large amazing poinsettia and then apply color using the coordinating stencils. I used Spun Sugar, Festive Berries and Candied Apple Distress inks for the pink-is leaves and Hickory Smoke for the grey leaves.

Once the image was colored, I die cut it with the coordinating die

Next up I created my background by die cutting an A2 panel with the new Sparkly Flakes Cover Die

I wanted to create some volume so I die cut several Pine branches with the Jingle Bell Joy Die set

Lastly, I added my sentiment from the Christmas Sentiment Stamp set silver heat embossed in black cardstock.
