Hello again friends!
I'm back again on the blog with some fun ideas using the new Essentials Elegant Circles dies and the Essentials Double Stitched Rectangles dies. I'm pairing these new dies with the fabulous set Stepped in kindness:

For my first card I did not create a grid pattern but I wanted to show you just how easily you can enhance any design with a frame. In the case the Double Stitched Rectangle frames have that beautiful texture that I believe add so much interest.
These are the steps to create this card:
Hot foil the Steeped in Kindness Press Plate with Gold Matte Glimmer Foil.
Use the coordinating Steeped in kindness stencils to color the images with Peony, Raspberry Bliss, Candy Apple, Sky Blue, Storm, Grassy Knoll, Olive and Evergreen. Use Sky Blue to color the teapot too.
Cut these images out with the coordinating die and arrange them around the teapot as shown in the picture.
Foam mount this teapot onto a panel with the same image hot foiled in gold matte glimmer foil with the Steeped in Kindness Press Plate and foam mount a frame created with two of the Double Stitched Rectangle frames.
Use the new Leafy Lattice Press Plate with Opal Glimmer foil on an A2 panel and ink blend it with Stone ink.
Adhere the frame teapot panel onto this blue background.
Stamp the sentiment with Detail back ink and foam mount it on your card.

Four our next card we will be using the Double Stitched Rectangle dies to create four frames and form a grid window:
Cut out four frames with two of the Double Stitched rectangles dies and adhered them to create a continuous panel.
Hot foil the Steeped in Kindness Press Plate twice; one using Gold Matte Glimmer Foil and the other one with Opal Glimmer Foil.
Use the coordinating stencils to add color to the Matte Gold Glimmer image with Sparkling Rose, Raspberry Bliss, Sunkissed, Mimosa, Grassy Knoll, Olive, Sky Blue and Storm.
Ink blend Sky blue on the upper left side of the panel with Opal glimmer foiled image and ink blend Grassy knoll on the right bottom side of the same panel to add some interest.
Add some double sided foam adhesive on the back of our grid panel and adhere it onto our softly inked blue and green panel without pressing too hard.
Tuck your colored images underneath our grid as show in the picture and foam mount the sentiment on top.
This sentiment is from the Blooming Grace stamp set.
Lastly add some Clear with Gold Dust Gems.

The process to create this card is quite similar to the previous one:
Cut out three rectangle frames with the Double Stitched Rectangle dies and adhered them as shown in the picture.
Hot foil the Steeped in Kindness Press Plate using Gold Matte Glimmer Foil and color the image with the coordinating stencil using Sparkling Rose, Raspberry Bliss, Sunkissed, Mimosa, Grassy Knoll, Olive, Sky Blue and Storm.
Ink blend a panel with a very soft hand with Storm ink and use it as a backdrop for your grid panel.
Cut out the images and arrange them onto your grid panel as show in the picture.
White heat embossed the Steeped in Kindness stamp set on vellum, cut it out and tuck parts of this vellum image underneath your flowers.
Stamp your sentiment in Detail Black ink and foam mount it onto your front panel and add some Clear with Gold Dust Gems.
The sentiment is from the Flowers for the Soul stamp set.

For my last project I created another grid using the Elegant Circle dies:
Use the new Leafy Lattice Press Plate to add texture to your background.
Cut out two medium Elegant Circle frames and two small frames.
Adhered them forming a grid and foam mount them onto your texture background.
Hot foil the Steeped in Kindness Press Plate using Gold Matte Glimmer Foil.
Use the coordinating stencils to add color with Sparkling Rose, Raspberry Bliss, Grassy Knoll, Olive, Sky Blue and Storm.
Cut out these images with the coordinating die and arrange them as shown in the picture.
Add some extra greenery using the Fresh Floral die.
Stamp your sentiment from the same set using Detail Black ink and add some Clear with Gold Dust Gems.
These new products will be available tomorrow, March 11, at 2 PM CDT.
I hope you are inspired to try out these with grid panels designs and have fun creating!
Hugs,
Raquel
